MELLODY 30 is a modern construction sail yacht. It is a beautiful ergonomic vessel. The yacht left the shipyard in 2013. The interior, finished in mahogany and comprising of three lockable cabins plus an extra berth in the mess (height 201 cm.), can accommodate up to nine people. The vessel has 11 windows and a panoramic sky-look in the mess. There is an ergonomic galley with tableware for nine people. There is also a monitor with a USB input and a radio with a CD and MP3 player. The yacht is fast, with very nicely balanced sails, it slightly takes the windward in squalls and sails sharply into the wind. Apart from the beautiful sails, the yacht has a Tohatsu 9.8 outboard engine with an electric starter. The outboard engine and the dry rudder blade enable mooring in beautiful Masurian bindugas (wood rafting stations). A mounted bow thruster facilitates easy manoeuvring in ports. A sprayhood shields the beautiful companionway from rain and gives the crew shelter during squalls. Wide half-decks provide good access on board. In addition, I installed an electric elevator for lowering and raising the mast. It is operated remotely with a wireless remote control. This solution replaces an electric capstan. I heartily recommend this yacht.
